It is normal to feel overwhelmed as a (new) graduate student. This feeling is probably exacerbated with the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing pandemic. This is where taking time out of your tight schedule for self-care is important! Come join us via zoom on October 21st (4-4:30pm) to practice mindfulness. Together, let’s start a 20 day meditation challenge! This session is inspired by Jay Shetty. We will listen to his podcast, guided meditation and end off with a short introspection activity.
