Are you part of a health care or community organization? Do you belong to a community group? Do you want to learn more about how the people you serve experience your services or a particular problem, issue or strength?
Concept mapping is an exciting research method that allows a group of people to collaboratively identify problems and strengths, and suggest next steps.
In this training, researchers and aspiring researchers will gain useful tips and hands-on experience. Part one will offer an overall view of concept mapping. Part two is a hands-on training using concept mapping software. Attendees will receive a workbook tool kit to use for your own concept mapping projects.
Training is over by Dr. Patricia O’Campo, the Director of the Centre for Research on Inner City Health, and ACHIEVE fellow Dr. Alisa Velonis.
Space is limited. For more information or to register, please contact Rebecca Cheff at cheffr@smh.ca
