Across Boundaries, the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the Centre for Research on Inner City Health invite you to a presentation and discussion around how to measure anti-racism and anti-oppression (AR/AO) principles and practices in the context of service delivery.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Kwame McKenzie from CAMH, and the session will include:
– A presentation on the principles of AR/AO.
– An examination of how AR/AO practices can be incorporated into service delivery.
– The opportunity to share feedback into a ‘fidelity tool’ that measures the degree to which a Housing First service for people from various racialized communities and facing both homelessness and mental health problems stayed true to AR/AO principles.
