Maureen Silcoff is an immigration and refugee lawyer, and spent five years as a member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). She is a partner at Silcoff, Shacter and appears regularly at the IRB and in Federal Court. Maureen is involved in advocacy and litigation with the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers and sits on the Access to Justice Committee of the Refugee Lawyers’ Association.
